LICENSE
The products sold through our web site by independent content providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.
a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You can purchase the product by two ways.
Reserved Price
Non-Reserved Price

If you purchase the product by paying the reserved price of that particular product then the product will be authorized to you only and can have full access to it. But, product is purchased by paying the non-reserved price, then you can use that individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or for your client. You have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design. 

The images and fonts used in our templates are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. Separate usage/distribution is prohibited.

b) MODIFICATIONS
You are free to modify our products as per your requirements.

c) UNAUTHORIZED USE
Any of your modified or unmodified products present in you diskette, CD or any medium should not be placed in our products. Also, redistribution or resale of any kind without prior permission from us in written consent should not be done.

d) ASSIGNABILITY
License may not be assigned or transfer to any one else without prior permission from us.

OUR REFUND POLICY
Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'sources available' section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case-by-case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date

ANTIFRAUD CHECK
Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation.
