This is a non-exclusive purchase. That means that other buyers can buy the same template any number of time after you purchased the template.
RESERVED PURCHASE:
This is an exclusive purchase. Reserved Purchase is an assurance that no one shall buy that template for next two years after you purchase it. You also have a privilege when you make a reserved purchase. During the period of one year of your purchase, you can return the template and can instead take any template from the non-reserved templates.

| | Template Savvy deals in in-tangible commodity, hence as a matter of policy, we do not accept return of templates. Once purchased, if you want to return the template, Template Savvy does not issue any refund.
However, there is an exception. In case of technical fault, like the template or links on the template are not working, or that what you receive is not exactly what was described, we do consider replacing of the template or refunding. In such cases the claim must be made within one week of the date of delivery.
